EFFECTIVE USE OF THE CIRCULAR TRAINING METHOD IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES

The article describes a technique that allows you to develop speed and strength qualities in primary school age at a rapid pace due to the use of sensitive periods. In this method, participants alternate between various exercise stations in a circular fashion, aimed at improving endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. This article reviews the effectiveness of the circular training method in improving overall fitness and how it can be effectively used in physical education classes. The article analyzes various types of exercises and equipment that can be used to create a challenging and engaging circuit training program. Additionally, the article discusses the benefits of using the method in promoting teamwork, socialization, and motivation in group fitness programs. Overall, the circular training method is an effective approach to physical fitness that can be easily implemented in physical education classes to enhance students’ endurance, strength and cardiovascular fitness.
