EVOLUTION OF ADAPTIVE LEARNING SYSTEMS AND PROSPECTS FOR THEIR IMPROVEMENT BASED ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Keywords:

This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the historical evolution
of adaptive learning and its significance in the modern education system. The rapid
development of computer technologies at the end of the twentieth century laid the
foundation for a new stage in the development of adaptive learning systems. Today, the
integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies makes it possible
to individualize the educational process and dynamically adapt it to learners’ needs.
Despite existing challenges related to system complexity, data processing, and financial
costs, adaptive learning is emerging as an important and promising approach to
improving educational effectiveness.
