THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR DEVELOPING THE PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY OF FUTURE MILITARY PERSONNEL

This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing
the professional mobility of future military personnel. It examines the pedagogical,
psychological, social, and professional dimensions of professional mobility and
comparatively explores its relationship with the concepts of professional adaptability,
professional competence, professional training, and professional development. The
necessity of developing professional mobility is substantiated in the context of the
changing requirements of modern military service. Based on a critical and comparative
analysis of international and domestic research, the study reveals the scientific essence of
systemic, competency-based, activity-oriented, learner-centered, and acmeological
approaches. Particular attention is given to the potential of digital education in developing
professional mobility. As a result, the study proposes an authorial definition of the concept
of “professional mobility of future military personnel” and summarizes a theoretical and
methodological framework for its development through digital education.
