TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL SKILLS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

This article examines teachers’ pedagogical mastery in the educational process, its
essence, structural components, and role in ensuring teaching effectiveness. It analyzes
the didactic, communicative, psychological, and organizational aspects of pedagogical
mastery and highlights the importance of using modern educational technologies,
interactive teaching methods, and digital tools. The study develops scientific and
methodological recommendations for the continuous development of teachers’
professional competence, the implementation of individualized approaches to students,
and the improvement of reflective practice.
