INTEGRATION OF THE “ENGINEERING COMPUTER GRAPHICS” COURSE WITH SPECIALIZED DISCIPLINES

This article examines the integration of the course “Engineering Computer Graphics” with specialized disciplines. It analyzes the scientific and pedagogical aspects of engineering graphics, computer graphics, computer-aided design systems, 2D and 3D modeling, and the development of students’ technical thinking. The course “Engineering Computer Graphics” develops students’ skills in reading, creating, and analyzing technical drawings, improving spatial imagination, and using modern design software. The article explores the integration of this course with architecture, construction, mechanical engineering, energy engineering, chemical technology, and other engineering fields. It is substantiated that interdisciplinary integration is an important factor in developing students’ professional competence, graphic literacy, and project-oriented thinking.
