Mazkur maqolada pedagogik kvalimetriya vositasida biologiya o‘qituvchilarining
kasbiy tayyorgarlik sifatini aniqlashning nazariy va metodik asoslari yoritilgan.
Biologiya o‘qituvchisining kasbiy tayyorgarligi fan bilimlari, metodik faoliyat,
laboratoriya va amaliy mashg‘ulotlarni tashkil etish, raqamli ta’lim vositalaridan
foydalanish, pedagogik muloqot hamda refleksiv baholash kabi o‘zaro bog‘liq tarkibiy
qismlarning integrativ birligi sifatida talqin qilingan. Pedagogik kvalimetriyaning kasbiy
tayyorgarlik sifatini mezon, ko‘rsatkich, indikator va darajalar asosida obyektiv
baholashdagi imkoniyatlari ochib berilgan. Baholash jarayonida kognitiv-metodik,
amaliy-faoliyatli, raqamli-texnologik, kommunikativ va refleksiv komponentlarni
hisobga olish taklif etilgan. Shuningdek, test, amaliy topshiriq, mikrodars, laboratoriya
faoliyati, elektron portfolio, ekspert bahosi va o‘z-o‘zini baholash usullarini
uyg‘unlashtirishning ahamiyati asoslangan. Kvalimetrik yondashuv asosida olingan
natijalar o‘qituvchining kasbiy tayyorgarlik darajasini aniqlash, rivojlanish dinamikasini
kuzatish, mavjud metodik kamchiliklarni belgilash hamda individual kasbiy rivojlanish
yo‘nalishlarini ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
