Abstract

The article examines the scientific and methodological foundations for training
teachers of the deaf in the context of globalization and digitalization. In particular, it
explores the organization of the educational process based on the synergy of systemic and
praxiological approaches and presents a mechanism for the integrated design of the
cognitive-methodological, technological-practical, and reflective components of future
specialists’ training. The study also provides a scientific rationale for the methodological
foundations of preparing competitive specialists with a high level of praxiological culture by overcoming interdisciplinary fragmentation.
