WAYS TO INCREASE WORK PRODUCTIVITY BY CREATING AN ERGONOMIC ENVIRONMENT IN REGISTRAR OFFICE MANAGEMENT

This article analyzes ways to increase work productivity by creating an ergonomic
environment in registrar office management at higher education institutions. The purpose
of the study is to identify ergonomic factors that ensure convenient, safe, prompt, and
student-oriented organization of work processes. The research employs system analysis, comparative pedagogical analysis, observation, modeling, and conceptual generalization.
The results show that workplace design, digital services, regulation of information flows,
balancing staff workload, and psychological comfort are key conditions for improving
registrar office performance. The article provides practical recommendations for
increasing productivity based on ergonomic management.
