Maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchining pedagogik faoliyatga tayyorligini shakllantirish
jarayonida adaptatsiya va professionalizatsiyaning o‘zaro dialektik uyg‘unligi nazariy-
metodologik jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Pedagogik ta’lim sharoitida bo‘lajak o‘qituvchining
kasbiy tayyorgarligi faqat pedagogik bilim, ko‘nikma va malakalarni o‘zlashtirish bilan
cheklanmasligi ta’kidlanadi. Adaptatsiya va professionalizatsiya bir-biridan ajratilgan,
ketma-ket jarayonlar emas, balki bo‘lajak o‘qituvchining kasbiy subyekt sifatida
shakllanishini ta’minlovchi o‘zaro ta’sirchan va dialektik jarayonlar sifatida talqin
etiladi.
