Abstract

The article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of the dialectical
unity of adaptation and professionalization in the process of developing future teachers'
readiness for pedagogical activity. It emphasizes that, within the context of teacher
education, the professional preparation of future teachers is not limited to the acquisition
of pedagogical knowledge, skills, and abilities. Adaptation and professionalization are
interpreted not as separate, sequential processes but as interconnected and dialectically
interacting processes that ensure the development of future teachers as subjects of
professional activity.
