TECHNOLOGIES FOR IMPLEMENTING REFLECTIVE TEACHING METHODS OF JAPANESE FEMALE SCHOLARS IN HIGHER EDUCATION

The article examines technologies for implementing Atsuko Watanabe’s and Naomi
Miyake’s reflective learning ideas in higher education. It clarifies the functions of reflective
journals, evidence-based dialogue, constructive interaction, cognitive externalization,
video analysis, and e-portfolios. An adaptive cycle consisting of diagnosis, externalization
of experience, collaborative analysis, critical reinterpretation, instructional redesign, and
meta-reflection is proposed. The study argues that Japanese experience should be adapted
to Uzbekistan’s pedagogical culture and credit-module system rather than transferred
mechanically.
