A METHODOLOGICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPING PEDAGOGICAL CULTURE IN FUTURE TEACHERS BASED ON THE AXIOLOGICAL APPROACH

A methodological and technological program aimed at developing the pedagogical
culture of contemporary teachers through an axiological approach ensures the integration
of pedagogical relationships and values. The program encourages students to think
beyond disciplinary boundaries, focus on the real-life application and outcomes of
assessment methods, engage with progressive perspectives, participate in innovative
activities, and develop problem-solving skills. It also enables teachers and students to
adapt to the changing needs of society and effectively utilize the opportunities created by
rapid technological advancement. In organizing the professional activities of qualified
teaching personnel, it is advisable to conduct preliminary diagnostics of their pedagogical
and intellectual potential, emotional capacity, axiological orientation, and level of
pedagogical culture development and, based on the results, apply appropriate
methodological interventions.
