This article examines the improvement of pedagogical management strategies
based on art management in the process of preparing future philologists for professional
activity. Along with developing future philologists’ linguistic and methodological
competencies, the study substantiates the importance of creatively organizing the
educational process, managing pedagogical teams, promoting innovative ideas, fostering
communicative collaboration, and utilizing project-based activities and innovative
management approaches in pedagogical education.
