THE CURRENT STATE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE USE IN TRAINING INTERIOR DESIGN TEACHERS AND ITS COMPARATIVE PEDAGOGICAL ANALYSIS

This article analyzes current trends in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the professional and pedagogical training of future interior design teachers at higher education institutions. The study provides a comparative pedagogical analysis of traditional teaching approaches and innovative educational models incorporating generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, and BIM-integrated AI). The effectiveness of generative models in developing spatial thinking, creating compositions, rapid visualization, and producing didactic materials is evaluated. The article also addresses the development of AI literacy among future specialists, issues related to copyright and creative originality, and their potential pedagogical solutions.
