PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR DEVELOPING EDUCATIONAL COMPETENCE IN FUTURE TEACHERS

This article provides a theoretical and comparative analysis of the pedagogical
foundations for developing educational competence in future teachers. Educational
competence is characterized as an integrated combination of motivational-axiological,
cognitive, activity-communicative, and reflective components. Based on the
systematization of scholarly sources, the study identifies pedagogical directions for
developing educational competence and substantiates conclusions concerning the
professional preparation of future teachers.
