IMPROVING A CORRECTIVE AND HEALTH-ENHANCING METHODOLOGY BASED ON SPECIAL PHYSICAL EXERCISES FOR THE EARLY DETECTION AND PREVENTION OF FLAT FEET IN FEMALE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

This article presents a corrective and health-improving methodology aimed at the
early detection and prevention of flat feet among female students, strengthening the
muscles of the foot, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. The study employed special physical
exercises and the “PlantoFit” sports device, as well as a method of gradually increasing and
decreasing the training load. The results showed that regular training had a positive effect
on improving the functional condition of the foot, increasing physical activity, and
developing healthy lifestyle habits.
