Abstract

This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the role and significance
of cybersocialization in enhancing the work efficiency of academic staff at higher
education institutions. In the context of rapid digitalization, the article also briefly addresses the transition of pedagogical activities from traditional forms to digital and
hybrid learning environments, teachers’ professional adaptation, and the development of
their digital culture. The main components of the cybersocialization approach, the
integration of traditional and innovative values, and their impact on teachers’ work
productivity are examined. Furthermore, drawing on the experience of S. Amanzholov
East Kazakhstan University as an example of advanced international practice, the article
presents scientific and practical recommendations for establishing digital pedagogy
laboratories in higher education institutions.
