PEDAGOGICAL MECHANISMS OF DEONTOLOGICAL AND INTEGRATIVE APPROACHES IN THE FORMATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY

This article examines the relevant pedagogical mechanisms for shaping the professional identity of future educators within the context of deontological (the doctrine of duty and responsibility) and integrative approaches. The author substantiates the role of interdisciplinary integration in developing future teachers' professional self-awareness, value-professional orientation, and deontological culture. The paper analyzes the structural components of pedagogical mechanisms (motivational, value-based, and activity-oriented) and proposes the conceptual foundations of a model for effectively transforming students' professional identity during higher pedagogical education. The research findings contribute to the synchronous development of professional responsibility, ethics, and competence in future specialists.
