A PEDAGOGICAL MODEL FOR DEVELOPING CREATIVE THINKING IN FUTURE TEACHERS BASED ON INTERDISCIPLINARY ABSCISSA AND ORDINATE RELATIONSHIPS

This article provides a theoretical, methodological, and practical justification for a
pedagogical model of developing creative thinking in future teachers based on
interdisciplinary abscissa and ordinate relationships. Creative thinking is interpreted as
an integrative quality that determines the professional competence of future educators,
and the scientific foundations for developing its motivational, cognitive, activity-based,
and reflective components are presented. The interdisciplinary abscissa relationship is
described as a didactic mechanism ensuring the horizontal integration of knowledge
content, while the ordinate relationship is characterized as a methodological system for
the gradual development of creative competencies. The study describes the goal-oriented,
content, process, and outcome components of the proposed pedagogical model and
substantiates its scientific and methodological potential for application in higher
pedagogical education. The research findings contribute to the development of future
teachers' creative competencies, their preparation for innovative pedagogical practice,
and the improvement of educational technologies based on interdisciplinary integration.
