РАСПРОСТРАНЁННОСТЬ И СТРУКТУРА РЕЧЕВЫХ НАРУШЕНИЙ У МЛАДШИХ ШКОЛЬНИКОВ С СИНДРОМОМ ДЕФИЦИТА ВНИМАНИЯ И ГИПЕРАКТИВНОСТИ И У НОРМОТИПИЧНЫХ СВЕРСТНИКОВ

В статье на основе опубликованных международных сравнительных
исследований и метаанализов (Sciberras et al., 2014; Korrel et al., 2017 и др.)
проанализированы распространённость и структура речевых нарушений у
младших школьников с СДВГ и с нормотипичным развитием. Речевые проблемы
выявлены у 40% детей с СДВГ против 17% в контроле (ОШ=2,8). Наибольший
размер эффекта установлен для экспрессивной речи (Hedges’ g=1,23). versus 17% of controls (OR=2.8). The largest effect size was found for expressive language
(Hedges’ g=1.23).
